I arise today through a mighty strength,

Man wird es nicht täglich beten können. Aber dieses Zeugnis aus der Zeit der Mission des heiligen Patrick in Irland gibt etwas von dem Glauben und Selbstgefühl der frühchristlichen Missionare wieder.
Einmal sorgfältig lesen, übersetzen, wenn nötig erklären - und dann einmal in die Praxis umsetzen ...
Es "muss" stehend mit dem Blick nach Osten (Sonnenaufgang) gebetet werden, möglichst unter freiem Himmel.
Dann kann die Klasse nachdenken, welchen Tel daraus sie täglich beten will. Oder die Abschnitte hintereinander die Woche hindurch.
